If you don’t like these, you may generate your own prompt to talk about climate presents or futures.

When I think about the issue of climate change, the first thing that comes to my mind is a theory called the tragedy of the commons. People’s endless use and enjoyment of resources as they want will eventually lead to the depletion of resources.

Temperatures are expected to continue rising globally, leading to more frequent and intense heat waves. Temperatures were predicted to remain above 95 degrees Fahrenheit for at least a week, with highs reaching 100 degrees. This level of extreme heat can have severe consequences for human health, agriculture, and ecosystems.

Extreme heat can lead to heat stroke and even death. It can also exacerbate existing health conditions like heart disease. People will experience discomfort and reduce activity due to the prolonged heat wave, destroying the daily routines of life.

Climate change is increasing the risk of wildfires by creating hotter, drier conditions that make vegetation more flammable. Rising temperatures, reduced precipitation and earlier snowmelt can all cause the increased fire danger. We can see the major forest fire burning near Ottawa, showing the destructive potential of wildfires created by climate change. In other ways, reduced visibility from wildfire smoke can influence transportation, outdoor recreation and daily activities. It can also pose safety hazards for driving and aviation.

I think Individuals should take various actions to address climate change, including reducing their carbon footprint, conserving energy. More importantly, we should realize the serverity of climate change as an intensive problem at first, staying informed about climate issues. Collective action is very important to mitigating the impacts of climate change and creating a more sustainable future. Thus, to some extent, I advocate that government intervention and regulation maybe a possible way to privatize the resources.
